What is being built

The Place is the newest phase of Alcazaba Lagoon, a resort on the coast of Casares just west of Estepona, built around a lagoon with a sand beach. Its 38 apartments sit in their own gated area with heated pools, a spa, a sauna and a gym for the owners. The homes have two, three or four bedrooms, many with an extra room for a study or guests. Ground floor homes have gardens and upper homes have large terraces, some with a jacuzzi, and owners also use the lagoon, its pools and its restaurant.
