Estepona’s 2026 average on idealista asking prices is €4,307 a square metre. That figure covers the town centre, the older urbanisations and the new schemes together, so a small new building of this kind sits well above it. Absolute Estepona is a small gated scheme of 24 apartments with two and three bedrooms. It stands in Buenas Noches, between Estepona and the Casares border, a short walk up from the beach. Ceilings are 2.70 metres high, one large porcelain floor runs through each home, and the penthouses have roof terraces with a solarium and a jacuzzi. The pool and the gardens sit between the buildings.
Shared between the 24 homes
Each home has its own aerothermal system, a heat pump that draws warmth from the outside air rather than burning gas, for the hot water. Air conditioning is ducted to the rooms. A mechanical system keeps fresh air moving through the home.
Fitted, with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, an extractor, a fridge and a dishwasher included.
Large porcelain tiles of one metre by one metre run through the home without a change of floor between rooms. Ceilings are 2.70 metres high.
Large marble-effect tiles on the walls, a wall-hung toilet, a basin on a hanging unit with two drawers and a mirror, and matt black taps. The main bathroom has a rain shower with a thermostatic tap, which holds the water at the temperature you set.
Beige aluminium frames with double glazing, and motorised blinds in the bedrooms. Interior doors are white lacquered with chrome handles.
Insulation against impact noise between one home and the next, thermal and acoustic insulation in the outer walls, and soundproofed downpipes.
A video entry phone, fibre connections in the living room and the bedrooms, and LED lighting in the kitchen and bathrooms.
In Buenas Noches on the western edge of Estepona, about 500 metres from the beach.
Work started in 2024 and handover is estimated for the first quarter of 2027. That leaves a short wait, and the stage payments fall due over a few months rather than years.
On a building this close to completion that means seeing the home in person with you, checking what is finished against the written specification, and preparing the deed and the checks before you take the keys.
