The rate here reads lower partly because the developer’s built area takes in a share of the shared spaces. The floor space inside the home itself is 88.85 square metres, and the terrace adds 39.45. Azure Estepona is 84 apartments with two, three or four bedrooms in the Zenity area of La Gaspara, west of Estepona town, and the building is finished. The terraces are large and look west and south, over landscaped gardens towards the sea. Floors are heated by warm water, the kitchens come fitted with their appliances, and a garage space and a storeroom are offered with each home. Residents share two pools for adults, a children’s pool, a gym and a room to meet, on a site with controlled entry.

Warm water runs under the floors to heat the home, with electric heating in the bathrooms and thermostats to set it. Cooling is ducted to grilles in the living room and the bedrooms. An air-source heat pump heats the water, and the car park is wired ready for an electric car charger.
Fitted units with a worktop and a matching panel behind it. A ceramic hob, an extractor, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a washing machine are included.
Porcelain floors with white skirting, smooth painted walls and suspended ceilings. Terraces are laid in non-slip porcelain, with a tap, a drain, a light, a socket and a television point on each.
