The lowest-priced home, a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor, works out at €5,888 per built square metre. Estepona averages €4,307 a square metre on idealista asking prices for 2026, and it has been the fastest-rising town on this coast for several years running. A new, low-density scheme like this one normally prices above that average, and the built area quoted here also carries a share of the rooftop pool and the other shared spaces, which a resale listing would not count. The price table for the area is on the Estepona page.
What is being built
Looa Estepona is a boutique building of twenty-two apartments on high ground at the northern edge of the town, a few minutes from the marina and the old town. Homes run from the first floor to the fourth, each with a curved balcony terrace, and a communal pool sits on the rooftop above them, looking south over the town to the sea.
Shared between the 22 homes
A communal swimming pool on the rooftop terrace
An underground garage with automated access

The specification
What comes with every home.
Heating, hot water and air conditioning
Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, which draws heat from the outside air rather than burning gas. Air conditioning is ducted to every room and zoned by an Airzone-type control system, with electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
Kitchen
Fitted wall and base units with a porcelain worktop around 12 mm thick. The appliances are included: electric oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.
Floors, walls and ceilings
Large-format rectified porcelain stoneware runs through the home, the terraces and the bathrooms. Bathroom walls combine rectified white-body ceramic with matching porcelain in places. Ceilings are plasterboard on a metal frame, with mineral wool for sound and heat.
Bathrooms
Integrated washbasins set into the countertop, with a low-profile shower tray cut to the shower. Chrome thermostatic mixers hold the water at the temperature you set, and the toilets have a concealed cistern, dual flush and a soft-close seat.
Windows, doors and wardrobes
Lacquered aluminium window frames with a thermal break and double glazing, with motorised shutters in the bedrooms. The entrance is a reinforced security door, internal doors are lacquered, and the fitted wardrobes are lined with a shelf and a hanging rail.
Structure and façade
A reinforced concrete frame, built to the Spanish Technical Building Code. The outer wall is brick masonry with interior insulation and an air cavity, and the walls between homes are lined with plasterboard and mineral wool for sound.
Power, television and telephone
Wiring to the Common Telecommunications Infrastructure regulations, with sockets for television, telephone and data in the living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms, and a colour video entry phone.
Parking and the entrance halls
Garage doors open by remote control, over a polished concrete floor hardened with quartz. Lifts run down into the garage from every floor, and the entrance lobbies are lit by LED on presence detectors.

Looa is a small building of twenty-two homes, selling off plan. Payments during the build are covered by a bank guarantee rather than simply trusted to the developer, and the balance is settled at the notary once the building is finished. No handover date has been published for this one yet.
On a building this small that means moving quickly once a floor plan you want is still available, reading the guarantee and the payment schedule with your lawyer before anything is signed, and checking the finished home against the specification before you complete.
