The specification
What comes with every home.
Heating, cooling and hot water
The floors are heated throughout by warm water, with electric towel heaters in the bathrooms and a thermostat in the main rooms. Cold air is ducted to the living room and the bedrooms. Hot water comes from an air-source heat pump, which takes its heat from the outside air.
Kitchen
Fitted with wall and floor cupboards around an island or a peninsula that holds the hob, under an extractor set in the ceiling. An electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge behind matching panels, and a washer-dryer are included.
Floors, walls and terraces
Porcelain tiles in the hall, the living room and the bedrooms, with white skirting, painted walls and suspended ceilings throughout. Terraces are tiled in non-slip porcelain and each has a tap, a drain, a light, a power socket and a television point. Homes on the top floor have a solarium with a pergola over its shaded part.
Bathrooms
Ceramic wall tiles over porcelain floors, white fittings and a resin shower tray with a screen. The main bathroom has a wall-hung WC, a ceramic basin in a cabinet under a compact quartz top, and a thermostatic tap in the shower that keeps the water at the temperature you choose.
Windows, doors and wardrobes
Aluminium frames with a thermal break and double glazing, and motorised insulated blinds in the living room and the bedrooms. A reinforced front door with a spyhole, white lacquered doors inside, 200 centimetres tall, and wardrobes with white lacquered folding doors, a hanging rail, a shelf and drawers.
Walls between the homes
Plasterboard walls divide the rooms, and insulating panels in the walls between one home and the next, and between the homes and the shared areas, keep sound down. The outside walls are brick with an insulated air gap and plasterboard on the inside.
Entry and lighting
A video entry phone linked to the building doors and the gate to the site, LED lighting in the bathrooms, the kitchen and the hallways, and shut-off valves for the whole home and for each wet room.
A living and dining room with sliding glass doors along one side, open to a terrace with outdoor sofas.
