One Estepona is 48 apartments on a plot in La Gaspara to the west of Estepona’s town centre. Each home has two or three bedrooms. Some of the homes on the first floor open onto private gardens, and one of them has its own pool and an outdoor kitchen. The floors above have terraces, and the homes on the third floor have particularly large ones. The kitchen and bathrooms are handed over fitted and furnished, in whichever of the two finishes you choose. For the garden homes, the garden area shown for each home is the developer’s figure for the garden and the terrace together.
Shared between the 48 homes
Handed over fitted and equipped, with a convection oven, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher built into the units, an extractor, a stainless steel sink and taps by Grohe. The sales office says the induction hob sits out of sight beneath the porcelain worktop, so you cook directly on its surface. The Cosmopolitan finish adds a large Italian ceramic worktop and splashback by Laminam, and gloss lacquered doors that open with a push.
Handed over fitted and furnished, with taps and shower heads by Grohe and a shower tray behind a glass screen. The Mediterranean finish has white basins and toilets by Roca and tiles in neutral, natural colours. The Cosmopolitan finish has white basins and toilets by Laufen, vanity units by Buto, a thermostatic tap in the main bathroom, which keeps the water at a steady temperature, tiles in deeper colours, and a freestanding bath in some homes.
A high-efficiency system that both heats and cools, with the air delivered through long, narrow grilles in the main rooms.
The living areas have ceilings higher than standard, and windows that run from floor to ceiling. In selected homes both the living room and the main bedroom open onto the terrace, and the main bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. Wall coverings by Vescom are part of the finish.
Each home is wired to take a home automation system. In the Cosmopolitan finish the switches and sockets are by Jung.
Each buyer chooses between two finishes. Mediterranean uses soft, light colours with natural stone and ceramic. Cosmopolitan uses darker, deeper colours with fine woods. An interior design service is offered, and furniture packages are available to buy.
In La Gaspara, west of Estepona’s town centre, on the inland side of the A-7, about a kilometre’s walk from the nearest beach.
The buildings are well advanced, and the work on site is now on the interiors. Handover is due in the first half of 2027. Payment is in four stages. Reserving a home costs €8,000 plus IVA. At the signing of the private contract, 20 per cent plus IVA falls due, less the reservation already paid. A further 20 per cent plus IVA can be spread over instalments that suit you, and the final 60 per cent plus IVA is settled at handover. The developer states that every payment is guaranteed by BBVA. All the prices on this page are before IVA, the 10 per cent tax on a new home.
The sales office is on the site itself, so we can go together to see how far the buildings have come and where your home would sit, and weigh up the two finishes. Before each payment, I go through the bank guarantee with you and your lawyer. Once the homes are finished, we check yours against the written specification before handover.
