The specification
What comes with every home.

Kitchen
Wall and base units with a worktop and a matching panel behind it. The hob, the extractor, the oven and microwave in a tall unit, a dishwasher and a fridge behind matching panels, and a washing machine come with the kitchen.
Floors and terraces
Porcelain tiles through the living space and the bedrooms with white skirting, smooth painted walls and suspended ceilings. Each terrace is tiled in non-slip porcelain, with a tap, a drain, a light, a socket and a television point.
Bathrooms
Ceramic wall tiles, porcelain floors and white fittings, with resin shower trays behind glass screens. In the main bathroom the basin is set in a vanity unit under a compact quartz top, and the shower tap is thermostatic.
Windows, doors and wardrobes
Thermal-break aluminium frames with double glazing, and motorised insulated blinds in the living room and the bedrooms. An armoured front door, white lacquered doors inside and fitted wardrobes with a hanging rail, a shelf and drawers.
Walls
Outside walls of brick and plasterboard with an insulated air gap between them. Insulating panels in the walls between the homes, and between the homes and the shared areas, keep sound down.
Home automation
Lights and blinds can be worked from a phone app, and the video entry phone also connects over Wi-Fi. LED lighting is fitted in the bathrooms, the kitchen and the corridors.
