Idealista’s asking prices for 2026 put the Estepona average at €4,307 a square metre, about 3 per cent below this figure. The dearer home in the table is within half a square metre of the same size and €20,000 more, so the difference lies in its position rather than its size. The 69 apartments at Sunny Golf stand on raised ground beside the Estepona Golf course, looking out over the fairways to the mountains. Every home faces south or south-west and has two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a terrace. On the ground floor the terraces open onto private gardens, and the penthouses have private solariums on the roof. The homes on offer now are two bedroom apartments of about 83 square metres built, each with a terrace of about 27 square metres. The scheme is gated, with a pool and planted grounds, and every home has a numbered space in the outdoor car park. The golf clubhouse is a five-minute walk away.
Shared between the 69 homes
Wall and base units in a natural oak colour paired with grey-brown, with soft-closing doors and recessed handles. The worktop is a beige phenolic resin, a dense, hard-wearing laminate. Balay, or a brand of the same standard, supplies the electric oven, the fridge, the ceramic hob and the extractor, and the sink is a single stainless steel bowl with a chrome mixer tap.
Each of the two bathrooms has a shower with a white tray and a fixed glass screen. The basin sits on a Jacob Delafon unit with two drawers, in natural oak in the main bathroom and grey in the second, with a mirror above it. The toilets are also by Jacob Delafon, the taps by Tres, and the walls are tiled in a textured beige ceramic by Saloni.
The frames are anodised aluminium with double, toughened glass, and built with a thermal break so that the metal does not carry heat or cold from outside to inside. The living room opens onto the terrace through sliding doors, the bedroom windows open on hinges, and every bedroom has motorised roller shutters in the same finish as the frames.
The doors inside the home are plain, in a natural oak colour with chrome fittings, and the reinforced front door is finished to match. The wardrobes have doors in the same oak colour, and inside they are lined, with a rail for hanging clothes and a shelf for suitcases.
One ceramic tile by Saloni runs through every room, 60 centimetres square, in a pale ivory with the texture of slate, and the skirting matches it. A non-slip version continues across the terrace.
Ducts hidden in the ceiling carry air conditioning through the home, for heating in winter as well as cooling in summer. Each home has its own aerothermal unit for hot water, a heat pump that works from the warmth in the outside air, and a mechanical ventilation system keeps the air inside fresh.
Fibre optic runs into every home, with telephone, internet and television points in the kitchen, the living and dining room and each bedroom. The switches and sockets are white, by BJC, and the kitchen and main bedroom have sockets with USB charging.
BThe energy certificate covers every building in the scheme and grades each one twice: B for the energy the homes use, and A for the carbon dioxide produced in using it. Spanish certificates grade from A down to G, so the scheme sits at or near the top on both.

Sunny Golf is already built, so the price is not spread across stage payments during construction. A reservation holds the home, and the balance is paid when the deed is signed and the keys are handed over. IVA, charged on new homes at 10 per cent, comes on top of the prices shown. The developer also sells a furniture pack, at €15,000 plus IVA, for anyone who wants to move in straight away.
With the homes finished, you can decide on what is actually there rather than on plans.
