What is being built

Celestia Homes is a small scheme of 25 apartments near Valle Romano on the western side of Estepona. The homes have one, two or three bedrooms and face south, south-east or south-west, most with a view of the sea. Some ground floor homes have their own garden, and every home above the ground floor has a roof terrace. The pool and gardens sit between the buildings, and the underground car park is reached by lift.

Buying this as a new build

The building licence is granted and work is due to start in 2026, with handover estimated for the fourth quarter of 2028. Non-residents pay 30 per cent at contract and the rest at completion, with IVA on each payment, and the deposits are guaranteed by a bank.
