The lowest-priced home, a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, works out at €3,870 per built square metre. Against Torrox as a whole, that is almost a quarter higher. Idealista’s asking prices for 2026 give the town €3,123 a square metre, taken across older homes and new ones, inland and on the coast.
