Velilla and Velilla-Taramay, the stretch of Almuñécar this sits in, averaged €3,353 a square metre on idealista’s asking prices for August 2026. That is the highest on their record and 16.8 per cent up over the year. Almuñécar as a whole was €3,221. The rate above comes in a little under the district figure, which is unusual for a new build.
