Buying this as a new build
This is being sold off plan, ahead of construction starting on site. A reservation secures the home at today's price, with the balance staged against the build as it goes up, through to completion in the third quarter of 2028.
That involves checking the developer's own track record and its licence to build before committing any money, then tracking the build itself once work begins, payment by payment, until the keys are handed over.
