The lowest-priced home, a three-bedroom house, works out at €4,663 per built square metre. On idealista’s asking prices for 2026, homes across Torrox average €3,123 a square metre, with older flats in the town and new building on the coast counted together. This house comes to nearly half as much again. Its figure is worked on the rooms inside alone, so the roof solarium, the terraces and the parking space are not part of it. The price table for the area is on the Nerja & Torrox page.

What is being built

The houses are joined in rows that step down the slope, and each one looks out to sea. The rooms inside measure about 102 to 118 square metres, with an open plan kitchen and living room, two or three bathrooms and a terrace. Several also have a small garden planted with a lemon tree. Some houses have a garage of their own, and the rest come with one or two places in a communal garage. Residents share an infinity pool, a gym and a sauna.

Shared between the 22 homes

  • An infinity pool shared by residents.
  • A gym for residents.
  • A sauna, with changing rooms.
  • A communal garage for the houses without a garage of their own.
