Ducted air conditioning heats and cools the living room and the bedrooms, controlled from a thermostat in the main bedroom. Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, which draws heat from the outside air instead of burning gas. The main bathroom has underfloor heating.

Fitted wall and base units under a compact quartz worktop. The extractor hood, glass-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are included.

Television, radio and telephone points in every room except the bathrooms, and a television point on the main terrace. A recessed LED strip lights the bedroom corridor, and the terraces have sockets and wall lights.

Buyers can choose from a range of finishes within set dates during the build, and any home can be adapted for reduced mobility.
