What is being built

The villa steps down its sloping plot. At the entrance level, the living and dining room rises through two floors, with tall glass walls opening onto a terrace and the pool, and the kitchen is set around a central island beside it. Buying this as a new build

The price is €1,200,000 before tax. As a new home the villa carries IVA at 10 per cent, and with the stamp duty charged on the deed the dossier gives a total of €1,338,000. Handover is estimated for April 2027. The payment schedule is not yet in the dossier.
