Buying this as a new build
The building is going up, with handover estimated for the fourth quarter of 2026. After a €6,000 reservation, you pay 30 per cent at contract, 10 per cent at four months, 10 per cent at eight months and the rest at completion, each plus IVA.
With the building close to finished, that means checking the bank guarantee, walking the penthouse with you as soon as the developer allows, and inspecting it against the specification before completion.
