The lowest-priced home, a three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, works out at €4,941 per built square metre. Benalmádena averages €4,139 a square metre on idealista’s 2026 asking prices. The built area quoted here takes in a share of the shared spa and gardens, which a resale listing would not, and the homes are finished to a higher standard than the town’s general stock. What is being built

Casatalaya Residences is a gated scheme of 28 homes on the hillside at Torremuelle, the quieter western end of Benalmádena. Every home has three bedrooms. The ground floor apartments have gardens, and the penthouses are duplexes with a roof solarium. The terraces step down the slope towards the sea, and a path through a public park leads to the beach. The residents share an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a gym, a sauna and a steam room.

An aerothermal heat pump, which takes warmth from the outside air, heats the water and the floors. Cooling is ducted, and a ventilation system brings in fresh air while keeping the warmth of the air it replaces.

Laufen sanitaryware and Hansgrohe taps, or equivalent. The penthouse bathrooms have a whirlpool bath.
