Stella 8 is a small building of eight homes on the hillside at Torrequebrada in Benalmádena, two of them duplex penthouses. The terraces run to 180 square metres and are laid in the same tile as the rooms inside, from €680,000.
Terraces up to 180 m²
The largest terraces run to 180 square metres, laid in the same porcelain as the rooms inside.
Eight homes in total
Two of the eight are duplex penthouses over two floors.
Torrequebrada averaged €3,921 a square metre on idealista’s asking prices for August 2026, a little under the €4,139 Benalmádena averages as a whole and 3.4 per cent below the €4,060 it reached in March. Eight homes with terraces of up to 180 square metres are not what that average is built from, so it reads as a marker for the address rather than a rate for these homes. The price table for the area is on the Torremolinos & Benalmádena page.
What is being built
Stella 8 is deliberately small: eight homes on a hillside plot at Torrequebrada with the ground falling away towards the sea. The homes come with one, two or three bedrooms, and the two at the top are duplex penthouses over two floors. What sets the scheme apart is the outside space, which runs to 180 square metres on the largest homes and is laid in the same Porcelanosa porcelain as the rooms it opens off, so the terrace reads as another room rather than a balcony. Inside, the kitchens are fitted and fully equipped under a compact quartz worktop, the bathrooms are Roca throughout, and every home has air conditioning and an air-source system for the hot water. The grounds are gated and there is a garage in the basement.

The specification
What comes with every home.
Structure and insulation
Reinforced concrete foundations and frame. The façade is built as a double leaf, with a perforated brick outer skin, insulation and a cavity behind it and a hollow brick inner leaf, finished in cement render. The walls between homes are doubled the same way, using a sound-resistant brick.
Floors and tiling
Porcelanosa Durango Bone porcelain, 60 by 60 centimetres, through the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and out onto the terraces, with the internal stairs in the same tile and the external stairs in Spanish granite. Walls are plastered in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms and tiled in the bathrooms and utility room, with plasterboard ceilings in the kitchen, utility room and bathrooms.
The kitchen
Fitted wall and base units under a compact quartz worktop, with a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an electric oven and an extractor hood.
The bathrooms
Roca sanitaryware and taps throughout, on Porcelanosa tiling. The bathroom off the main bedroom has a wall-hung WC, a basin on a two drawer unit with an LED mirror, a bidet, a shower tray and a thermostatic shower column. The second bathroom has a countertop basin on a lacquered timber unit with stainless steel brackets, its own LED mirror and the same shower fittings, and there is a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC.
Windows, doors and wardrobes
Thermally broken aluminium windows and doors, casement and sliding, with double glazing. Internal doors and fitted wardrobes are lacquered white with four horizontal grooves, and the wardrobes are lined in the same finish.
Heating, cooling and hot water
Air conditioning giving both heating and cooling, fully installed, with an air-source system for the hot water.
A covered terrace with an outdoor spa bath, seating and a dining table, looking out to the sea.

This is being sold off plan while the building goes up. A reservation of €10,000 holds the home, a percentage follows on the private contract, and the rest is staged through the build, either monthly or in a small number of larger payments depending on whether you are resident in Spain, with the balance due at handover.
That means reading the licence and the guarantee behind your stage payments before anything moves, and being clear about what the community charge will look like, since a building of eight homes divides its running costs between far fewer people than a larger scheme does.

Worth asking: which homes take the largest terraces and what the duplex penthouses add over the floor below, and whether a garage space is included in the price or bought separately. I’ll put both to the developer on your behalf.
