Valley Collection is a large scheme of apartment buildings on the El Higuerón hillside, finished and handed over, with pools and gardens laid out between the buildings. There are three kinds of home: garden villas at ground level, apartments on the floors above, and sky villas on the top floor, which have three bedrooms. The two bedroom apartments have around 89 square metres of rooms and a terrace of their own, and every kitchen is supplied fitted and furnished. Buying this as a new build
Nothing here is waiting on a builder. Once a home is chosen, a reservation holds it while the private contract is drawn up, and the rest of the price is paid at the notary on the day the deed is signed and the keys change hands. As the first sale of a new home it carries 10 per cent IVA and stamp duty rather than resale tax.
On a finished scheme of this size, that means comparing the home on offer with the show home it is sold from, finding out what the community charge covers across six pools and the gardens, and walking the home with you to check it against the specification before the deed is signed.
