Fuengirola averages €4,451 a square metre on idealista’s 2026 asking prices, so the rate here is close to a third higher. It is measured on the rooms inside only. Each home also has a terrace of about 33 square metres or more, two parking spaces and a storeroom, and none of those enter the figure. Lomas Unique is going up in two phases next to the Higuerón Resort, and this page covers the first, while the second is sold as Unique Infinity. The first phase holds apartments, some on the ground floor with a garden of their own, and penthouses on the top floor with a solarium on the roof. Every home has a terrace off the living room. Landscaped gardens and an infinity pool looking out to sea surround the buildings, and indoors there is a gym, a spa with a sauna and a steam room, a residents’ lounge and a coworking room.
Shared between the homes
Foundations, pillars, slabs and retaining walls designed to a survey of the ground, with rendered façades and glass balustrades. The building carries the ten-year structural and three-year habitability warranties that Spanish law requires.
Aluminium frames by Cortizo or Technal, with good insulation against heat and noise. Some open by sliding, others tilt and turn.
Large porcelain tiles in a light stone or wood look throughout, with oak available instead outside the kitchen and bathrooms, and a matching light porcelain on the terraces. Doors and fitted wardrobes come in white or oak, the wardrobes lit inside and fitted with shelves, drawers and a hanging rail.
Lube cabinets with an island and a Dekton worktop from Cosentino. Electrolux fridge, hob, oven, extractor, microwave and dishwasher, with a washing machine and a dryer in a separate laundry room.
Duravit, Laufen and Hansgrohe fittings, vanity units, and mirrors lit from behind.
Ducted aerothermal air conditioning by Samsung or Daikin, with each room set separately through an Airzone control. Penthouses have underfloor heating throughout. In the other homes it warms the main bedroom and the main bathroom.
Sensors for floods in the kitchen and bathrooms and for smoke in the kitchen, alerts if the power fails, a record of electricity and water use, and control of the heating, cooling and air quality. The wiring is ready for an alarm.

Work on the first phase is under way, and handover is estimated for 2027. The developer has not yet given a payment plan for these homes, so the stages and the reservation amount are something to confirm before you commit. Prices on the list are before IVA.
With the building part-way up, I can visit the site with you and compare the homes still open on view, terrace and floor. Before any money moves, I see that what you pay during the build is covered by a bank guarantee, and at handover I check the finished home against the written specification.
