Fuengirola's own average sits at €4,451 a square metre on idealista's 2026 asking prices, taken across the whole municipality rather than this hillside on its own. That figure is pulled down by older, cheaper stock closer to the town centre, so it reads as a floor under a new scheme in El Higuerón rather than a like-for-like comparison. Evoque Residences is 203 homes stepped down a hillside plot in El Higuerón, each built with one, two or three bedrooms, a parking space and a storage room. Ground-floor homes have a private garden, and the top-floor sky villas each have their own solarium and jacuzzi. The shared grounds run the length of the plot: an outdoor pool with its own sunbathing terrace, a separate indoor pool, a full spa with a sauna and a hammam, a gym, and a run of indoor rooms given over to a gastro bar, a cinema room, a lounge and a coworking area.

Buying this as a new build
This is being sold off plan, ahead of construction starting on site. A reservation secures the home at today’s price, with the balance staged against the build as it goes up, through to completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
That means checking the developer’s own standing and its licence to build before any money moves, then keeping an eye on the build itself once it is under way, stage payment by stage payment, through to the keys.
