What is being built

Torreblanca Heights is 36 apartments and penthouses going up between Calle Faisán and Calle Pensamiento, near the top of Torreblanca where Fuengirola meets El Higuerón. Every home looks out to sea. Most are two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, and the penthouses on the upper floors have three or four bedrooms and wider terraces. A pool for adults, a children’s pool, a gym with a sauna and a coworking room are shared, and the garage underneath holds two parking spaces and a storeroom for every home.

Shared between the 36 homes

  • A pool for adults and a separate pool for children, with a solarium beside them
  • Landscaped gardens with places to sit
  • A gym with a sauna
  • A coworking room that also serves as a meeting room
  • Security cameras and controlled entry to the grounds
  • Two spaces in the basement garage and a storeroom with every home, with ducting laid for an electric car charger

The specification

What comes with every home.

Windows, doors and wardrobes

Smooth anthracite grey aluminium frames with double glazing, chosen for heat and sound insulation. The front door is armoured, the inside doors are white lacquered, and the fitted wardrobes have white lacquered sliding doors and are finished inside.

Kitchen

Tall and low units with drawers, an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, an extractor, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A higher-specification kitchen is offered as an option.

Air conditioning

A heat pump system gives air conditioning that heats in winter as well as cooling in summer.

Power, television and security

Every home is wired ready for an alarm and for home automation, with a video entry phone. Television and telephone points are in the living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms, with satellite as well as terrestrial television.

BB is the rating set out in the building’s specification, for the design rather than for a finished home, so the certificate itself comes at handover. The Spanish scale runs from A at the top to G at the bottom.

Buying this as a new build

The building is under construction and handover is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027, so there is time between signing and moving in. Reserving a home costs €6,000. A month later the private contract takes 30 per cent of the price, nine months after that a further 10 per cent is due, and the balance is paid when the deed is signed, with IVA added to each payment.

Most of the homes here are two bedroom apartments of a similar size, so the choice turns on floor, orientation and terrace. I would set the listed homes side by side for you before you reserve, then follow the build and the guarantee on your payments through to the keys.

Get in touch and I will talk you through it. Buying with me sets out how I work.
