What is being built

Vesta Mare is planned for the seafront at La Duquesa, next to the Castillo de la Duquesa and a short walk from the marina. Its 145 apartments, from one bedroom to four, are set around gardens and an infinity pool facing the sea, and every home comes with an underground parking space and a storeroom. The site holds the remains of Roman villas and of a works where fish sauce was made, and these will be shown in a museum inside the scheme. Buyers can choose finishes, materials and parts of the layout through the developer’s own personalisation service.

Shared between the 145 homes

  • An infinity pool and solarium looking out to sea, and a children’s pool in its own area
  • A gym
  • A room for co-working, meetings and events
  • Gardens around a central square, planted with native species that need little water
  • A museum on site, open to residents and visitors, showing the Roman remains found here
  • Solar panels that supply part of the power for the shared areas
  • An underground parking space and a storeroom with every home, with ducting for an electric-car charger

The specification

What comes with every home.

Hot water and air conditioning

Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, an electric heat pump that takes its heat from the outside air. Each home has its own system for heating and cooling.

Kitchen

Handed over with appliances fitted, and with units according to the type of home.

Floors, walls and ceilings

Porcelain tiles throughout, the bathrooms and kitchen included, with a non-slip ceramic on the terraces. Bathrooms are tiled, other walls are painted smooth matt white, and plasterboard ceilings go in over the bathrooms and wherever services run.

Bathrooms

White sanitaryware and chrome single-lever taps. The main bathroom has a basin set into a unit and a wall-hung toilet with the cistern hidden in the wall.

Windows, doors and wardrobes

Aluminium frames with a thermal break, an insulating strip that stops the cold crossing the frame, or high-grade PVC, with double glazing and roller blinds in the bedrooms. A reinforced entrance door with a security lock, white lacquered doors inside, and fitted wardrobes with a hanging rail and a shelf for cases.

Home automation and telecoms

A home automation hub that switches the lights, a smart lock with an opening sensor on the front door, and a video entry phone. Television and telephone points in the living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms, and a fibre-optic connection.

Buying this as a new build

This is an off-plan purchase at an early stage, and handover is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2028. The developer’s payment terms are on request, and IVA is added to the prices shown here.

The choice here runs from one bedroom homes at €435,000 to the largest homes above €1,300,000, so the first step is matching floor, size and outlook to what you want from the home. I read the plans with you, compare each home with resale apartments around the marina, and negotiate on your behalf.

Get in touch and I will talk you through it. Buying with me sets out how I work.
