Kool is 16 apartments on Calle Montemayor, in the west of Torremolinos, inside a fenced plot with a saltwater pool and planted gardens. The building is finished in light brick, white render and timber-effect slats. Homes range from one to three bedrooms. Those on the ground floor have gardens, and the penthouses have a terrace and solarium where a private pool can be added. Every home has its own parking space and storeroom.

Fitted base and wall units with a laminate worktop, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, sink and tap. An island and further appliances can be added.
Floors
Porcelain tiles throughout, laid on a sheet that deadens footsteps, with a non-slip finish outside.
Bathrooms
Wall-hung vanity units with resin tops, two basins in the main bathroom, a thermostatic shower with a rain head, and a flat resin shower tray. The walls around the showers are tiled in porcelain.
Windows and doors
Aluminium frames with a thermal break and double glazing in laminated safety glass, with insulated roller shutters in the bedrooms. The front door is armoured, and the inside doors and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes are matt white.
Walls and insulation
Brick outer walls with an air gap and sprayed insulation, lined inside with plasterboard over a second layer of mineral wool for heat and sound.
Security
An alarm comes fitted, with sensors on the front door and terrace and a camera in the living room. Monitoring is optional.

Buying this as a new build
Work is under way, and completion is estimated for summer 2027. A deposit of €6,600 holds a home, 30% is paid when the purchase contract is signed, and the remaining 70% at the deed.
