Buying this as a new build

Work began at the end of 2025 and handover is estimated for the first quarter of 2028. You pay 30 per cent within a month of the private contract and the remaining 70 per cent at completion, each plus IVA.

With most of the price due at the end, that means checking the bank guarantee on the first payment, following the build for you, and inspecting the home and its pool before completion.
