The lowest-priced home, a three-bedroom townhouse, works out at €6,084 per built square metre. Mijas averages €3,684 a built metre on 2026 asking prices, so these houses cost well over half as much again. The built figure counts the house alone, from the lower ground floor to the top. The houses follow a curve along the slope, white and plain, with wide glass doors and terraces facing south to the sea. Buying this as a new build

A reservation of €10,000 holds a house. The private contract follows with 30 per cent of the price, less the reservation, and a further 20 per cent is paid when the structure is complete. The last 50 per cent is paid at the deed. IVA at 10 per cent is added to each payment.
