The price list for Nara Marbella gives no built or plot areas, so a figure per metre cannot yet be set against that average. I will ask the developer for the areas of each villa. What is being built

Each villa sits on its own plot with a garden and a pool. The ground floor is one open room for living, dining and cooking, with a guest toilet and glass doors out to the terrace. Upstairs are three double bedrooms: the main one has a dressing room and its own bathroom, and the other two share a bathroom. A fourth bedroom with a bathroom is in the basement, beside a large room lit by high windows and a garage for two cars. A lift joins every level up to the solarium on the roof.

Buying this as a new build

One villa is already finished and the rest are being built, so most of the price is paid as the work goes on. A reservation of €10,000 holds a villa. At the private contract 30 per cent of the price is due, less the reservation, a further 20 per cent is paid in instalments during construction, and the remaining 50 per cent at the deed. IVA is added to each payment, and no handover date has been published yet.
