The villa’s rate counts only the enclosed rooms, which measure 272.57 square metres on the architect’s plans. Left out of it, but included in the price, are the plot of 930 square metres, about 159 square metres of terraces, a pool 16 metres long and parking for two cars. What is being built
The house is set into the slope, so the front door is on the upper floor, at street level. Parking for two cars is beside the entrance, behind its own garage door. The upper floor holds three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a terrace of 27 square metres and its own bathroom with two basins, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom off the hall. Downstairs is the living floor. Its main room, of 56 square metres, holds a kitchen with an island, a dining area and a sitting area. Along its west side a wall of glass gives onto a covered terrace, with the pool terrace beyond it, and a lawned terrace wraps around the room’s south and east sides. A fourth bedroom on this floor has a bathroom of its own. Off the hall at the foot of the stairs are a guest toilet, a storeroom and a laundry room. The infinity pool lines the western edge of the terrace. Solar panels are part of the design.

Buying this as a new build
Construction started in September 2026. By the end of that month the excavation was finished and the concrete work had begun. Buying now means following the house from its foundations to handover, which is estimated for January 2028. IVA, the Spanish value added tax, is added to the €1,900,000 price at 10 per cent, the rate for a newly built home.
