The Kove is a scheme of apartments in curved, terraced buildings set in landscaped grounds near the Costa del Sol racecourse, and the homes on sale now are in its second phase. Ground-floor apartments have a terrace and, in many cases, a private garden, the floors above have terraces with glass railings, and the penthouses have the largest terraces in the scheme. Every home has two bathrooms. The grounds hold two outdoor pools with a pool bar, an indoor spa with a heated pool and a sauna, a gym, a coworking room, and gardens planted with native species and a citrus orchard.

Windows and doors
Aluminium frames with a thermal break, an insulating strip that stops heat and cold passing through the frame, and double glazing. Blinds in the living room and the bedrooms, and glass railings on the terraces. A reinforced security front door, lacquered doors inside, and fitted wardrobes lined throughout.
Floors
Large wood-look planks that stand up to water in the living space and bedrooms, porcelain in the bathrooms and non-slip porcelain on the terraces.
Kitchen
A fitted kitchen with the oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge and dishwasher included, in a choice of two designs, with an island or a peninsula as an option.
Bathrooms
A low shower tray with a glass enclosure in the main bathroom, a vanity unit with drawers and a basin set on the counter, and tiled walls around the shower.
Air conditioning and hot water
Ducted air conditioning that heats as well as cools, with outlets in the living room and the bedrooms. Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, which draws heat from the outside air.

Buying this as a new build
With the building licence granted and work under way, handover of the second phase is estimated for the third quarter of 2028. Once the €6,600 reservation is paid, 20 per cent of the price falls due at the private contract, 15 per cent six months later and the remaining 65 per cent at the deed. IVA at 10 per cent is added to each payment.
In a scheme of this size, the useful work is narrowing the choice: which floor, which way the terrace faces, and whether a garden is worth the difference to you.
