Hot water comes from an aerothermal system. Air conditioning is ducted to the living room, the bedrooms and the kitchen, with its own heat pump unit in the kitchen itself, and kitchens and bathrooms each have their own mechanical ventilation.

A security entrance door with a peephole and a security lock, video entry at the housing estate and the building entrance, and a master-key system covering the estate, the building, the home and the garage. Ground-floor windows and doors carry anti-pull fittings and security glass.
