Las Lagunas averaged €3,323 a square metre on idealista’s asking prices for August 2026, so this works out about 40 per cent higher. Each price here also covers a parking space and a storeroom in the garage, and the area counts the rooms of the home only, leaving out the terrace. Premier Residencial is 76 apartments of one to three bedrooms around planted courtyards in Las Lagunas, the part of Mijas that runs into Fuengirola. The three bedroom homes have two bathrooms, a living room open to the kitchen and a terrace. The grounds hold a fenced pool, gardens with benches, a children’s play area and a residents’ lounge, and lifts run from the underground garage to every floor.
Shared between the 76 homes
A reinforced concrete frame. The outer walls have a layer of insulation and an air gap behind the outer face, and the walls between homes are two leaves of brick for sound. The walls between rooms are brick or plasterboard with mineral wool inside.
PVC or lacquered aluminium frames with a thermal break, an insulating strip that stops heat and cold passing through the frame, double glazing and roller shutters. Background vents in every room except the kitchen and bathrooms keep the air fresh.
Laminate wood flooring in the home and non-slip ceramic tiles on the terrace. An armoured front door, white lacquered doors inside, and fitted wardrobes with a hanging rail and a top shelf.
Fitted floor and wall units with a single sink, a ceramic hob, an oven and an extractor hood, with connections for a washing machine and a dishwasher. A kitchen with every appliance is available at extra cost.
A resin shower tray in the main bathroom and a bath or a shower in the second, vanity units with basins, white porcelain fittings and single-lever taps. The walls are tiled.
Ducted air conditioning that heats as well as cools, from an inverter heat pump that uses little power. Hot water comes from an aerothermal unit with its own tank in each home.
A video entry phone, and television, radio, telephone and data points. At no extra cost you can choose the floor colour, the bathroom tiles, the kitchen units, and a shower in place of the bath.
In Las Lagunas, a few minutes by car from Fuengirola’s train station and its beaches.
Work is under way and handover is estimated for the first quarter of 2027. A reservation of €6,600 holds the home, 40 per cent of the price is paid at the private contract and the remaining 60 per cent at the deed. Prices are before IVA, which is added at 10 per cent.
With handover close, there is time to see the building at a late stage of work before you commit. I read the contract and the guarantee on your payment with your lawyer, and when the keys are ready I walk through the apartment with you and list anything that needs putting right.
