The lowest-priced home, a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, works out at €4,680 per built square metre. Every home here costs more than that for each square metre, between about €4,600 and €6,800. The top of that range is the smaller penthouses in the second phase, whose price includes a roof terrace of about 24 square metres that is listed apart from the built area. The scheme is going up in two phases. Handover of the first is estimated for March 2027, only months away. IVA of 10 per cent is charged in addition to the prices listed.
The two phases differ in more than their dates. Every home in the first comes with a storeroom as well as a parking space. I would compare both phases with you on the plans, visit the site as the buildings go up, and go over your apartment with you, item by item, before you take the keys.
