Mijas as a whole averages €3,684 a square metre on idealista asking prices for 2026, a figure that takes in the old village, the golf valleys and decades of resale stock. The area measured here is the usable floor inside the walls, which is smaller than the built area a resale listing quotes, so the gap to that average reads wider than it is. What is being built

360º is being built on a hillside in Cerrado del Águila, the golf valley behind La Cala de Mijas. The buildings curve around the slope so that the terraces face out over the golf course towards the sea. The homes run from one bedroom up to four, the largest with about 200 square metres inside.
