The price table for the area is on the Fuengirola & Mijas Costa page.
What is being built
Solana Village is 195 apartments on two plots at the top of the hill above the Europa course of the La Cala Golf resort, about one and a half kilometres from the clubhouse, hotel and spa. Solana Village has been built in phases, and the first two have been handed over. The homes now on sale hand over in stages. The earliest was estimated for September 2026. All prices are before IVA, which is 10 per cent.
The buildings on sale stand in different parts of the site and hand over at different times, and the same floor plan is priced differently from one to the next. I compare them with you for view and for date, and check the finished apartment against the written specification before handover.
