Las Lagunas is the town’s busy lower district beside Fuengirola, and its new apartment buildings are priced closer to that average than the golf schemes further west. What is being built

Jardines de las Lagunas II is the second phase of a gated scheme on Calle Río Chillar in Las Lagunas. The first phase is already built and lived in. The new homes are apartments with two or three bedrooms and penthouses with three bedrooms and roof terraces of about 150 square metres. Every terrace faces south, and every home comes with a garage space and a storeroom.

Buying this as a new build

The building is going up, with the end of construction estimated for the second quarter of 2027. You pay 40 per cent at contract, 10 per cent ten months later and the rest at the deed, each plus IVA.
