Earth: new apartments for sale on the Golden Mile, Marbella
Three and four bedroom apartments · Complete
from €5,350,000Before IVA
Earth is 28 apartments and penthouses, with three and four bedrooms, on the hillside above the Golden Mile in Marbella. The buildings are finished, and homes are priced from €5,350,000.
The lowest-priced home, a four-bedroom penthouse on the second floor, works out at €17,423 per built square metre. That is almost three times the €5,956 Marbella averages on 2026 asking prices, a figure that takes in older flats in town as well as new homes. The built area counts the rooms of the home. The terraces, a roof terrace of 137 square metres and a private pool on the roof come on top of it. The price table for the area is on the Marbella & the Golden Mile page.
What is being built
Earth stands on a sloping plot of just over 9,000 square metres above Puente Romano, on the hillside side of the Golden Mile, with views to the sea and to La Concha. Its 28 homes are apartments with gardens and penthouses with roof terraces, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Half the plot is kept as gardens and shared areas, around an outdoor pool and a spa with a heated indoor pool.

The specification
What comes with every home.
Heating, cooling and hot water
Underfloor heating in every room, each with its own thermostat, and air conditioning through quiet ducts. Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, an electric heat pump that takes its heat from the outside air, with a tank in the laundry room of each home.
Kitchen
An island or peninsula with a worktop cut from one piece, soft-close units and Gaggenau appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher and an American-style fridge. A separate laundry has a washer, a dryer and a sink.
Floors and walls
Large porcelain tiles laid flush through the living areas, natural oak boards in the bedrooms, and non-slip porcelain on the terraces, each of which has a water point and a socket. Double plasterboard walls with mineral wool between them keep noise out of the bedrooms.
Bathrooms
Porcelain from floor to ceiling in the wet areas, Villeroy & Boch wall-hung toilets, Gessi taps, natural stone worktops, and walk-in showers with a narrow drain along one side and glass screens.
Windows, doors and wardrobes
Anthracite Technal aluminium frames with a thermal break, an insulating strip that stops the cold crossing the frame, and wide sliding doors onto the terraces. An armoured entrance door faced in oak, white lacquered doors inside, and white lacquered wardrobes with soft-close drawers and a shoe rack.
Home automation
A wireless system that runs the air conditioning and the lighting from a phone, with JUNG switches and sockets.
A private pool on a penthouse roof terrace, facing La Concha.

The buildings are finished, so the home can be seen as it will be handed over. The developer asks for €35,000 to reserve, 30% a month later at the private contract and the remaining 70% at the deed, when the keys are handed over. IVA is added to each payment and to the price shown here.
On a finished building you can judge the home itself rather than a plan. I view it with you, compare the price with resale homes on the Golden Mile, and negotiate on your behalf.
