A detached new house on a plot of more than 800 square metres, with its own pool, garden and lift, sells in a far smaller market than that average describes. Be Seven is a group of seven houses on plots of roughly 810 to 1,000 square metres, reached by a private road with a gate. Each house has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room that opens onto a covered terrace and an L-shaped pool, and a lift from the basement to the bedrooms. The basement holds a family room of about 72 square metres and the fourth bedroom, lit by a sunken courtyard. The plans published so far show just under 400 square metres of rooms inside, with the terraces, the pool and covered parking for two cars on top.

The houses are being built, and handover is estimated for the first half of 2027. A roof terrace with pergolas, an outdoor kitchen and a small pool can be added as an option. The payment terms are on request, and IVA is added to the starting price.
