New detached houses with their own pools and lifts are a small part of that market, and are priced well above it. The price table for the area is on the Marbella & the Golden Mile page.
Blume is a scheme of three detached houses, each behind its own gates with a pool, a pool bar and a garden. Two stand on plots of about 860 square metres and one on a plot of about 1,200, and each has between 411 and 422 square metres of rooms inside. Each has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two cloakrooms: the main bedroom and a second bedroom upstairs, a third on the ground floor beside the living room and kitchen, and a fourth in the basement next to a multipurpose room. A lift serves every floor.
A pool of about 60 square metres with wide entry steps and a shallow ledge for sun loungers, a 25 square metre deck, a covered pool bar ready for a kitchen or bar, and gardens with zoned automatic watering, planted around the existing trees.
A Bulthaup b3 kitchen with aluminium fronts and an island in dark porcelain, and Miele appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor, washing machine and dryer.
Air conditioning through ducts, zoned by room, and underfloor heating fed by an aerothermal heat pump, which draws its warmth from the outside air and also heats the water. A 3,000 litre tank collects rainwater for the garden, and a salt softener treats the mains supply.
Lutron controls for the lights, the climate and music in separate zones, from wall keypads, an app, or Amazon and Google voice assistants. Sonos and Bowers & Wilkins speakers, and an alarm with motion sensors in every room, connected to a monitoring station.
The main bathroom is finished in brown porcelain with a black stone-effect top, two basins and a fixed glass shower screen to the ceiling. Every bathroom has Fantini taps, a Duravit wall-hung toilet and a mirror with a light behind it.
Technal Lumeal aluminium windows with a thermal break, an insulating strip that stops the cold crossing the frame, and double glazing. A pivoting armoured front door, doors to the ceiling inside, Uecko wardrobes with bronze glass in the main dressing room, and a lift for four people from the basement.
The same pale porcelain, in tiles 120 cm square, runs through every room, the bathrooms and the terraces, with a non-slip finish outdoors and in the showers.
In San Pedro de Alcántara, on the Puerto Banús side of the town, about 1.2 km from the beach.
Handover is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027. A roof terrace, reached by the stairs and the lift, can be added with a pergola, an outdoor kitchen and a pool of about 16 square metres. The developer has not published a price for each house or its payment terms, and IVA is added to the starting price.
