The two villas share one plan, with a lift serving every floor. On the entrance floor, the living room, dining area and kitchen open onto a terrace with an infinity-edge pool facing the sea. Buying this as a new build
Both villas are finished and sold by the developer as new homes, with IVA added at 10 per cent. A reservation of €100,000 holds a villa, 10 per cent of the price is due at the private contract two weeks later, and the balance of 90 per cent a month after that, at the signing of the deed.
