Aluminium or PVC frames with a thermal break, an insulating strip that stops heat and cold passing through the frame, and double glazing. Insulated roller shutters in the bedrooms. An armoured front door and plain doors inside, all lacquered white, and modular fitted wardrobes.

Porcelain throughout the house, non-slip ceramic tiles on the terraces and tiled bathrooms. The private gardens are laid to lawn.

Fitted and equipped, with a compact worktop and stainless steel appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher and washing machine.

A wall-hung WC and a double basin unit in the main bathroom, slim shower trays with fixed glass screens, a thermostatic tap, and mirrors lit from behind that do not mist over.

Each house has its own aerothermal system, which draws heat from the outside air, for the hot water and for underfloor heating. Ducted air conditioning serves the living room and the bedrooms.
