What is being built
Thera I, which the developer also calls simply Thera, is planned as 67 homes: apartments with two, three or four bedrooms, and duplexes with three. Each apartment runs through the building from one side to the other, so air can cross from window to window, and the bedrooms are kept apart from the living space. The plans show the living room, dining area and kitchen in one open room leading to a covered terrace, with two bathrooms and a laundry room. The grounds are landscaped, and the developer states that every scheme in the Australy group, Thera included, shares the Australy social club, with a gym, a heated pool and a sauna.
