Buying this as a new build

A reservation of €10,000 holds a home. The private contract follows with 30 per cent of the price, and a further 20 per cent is due six months after construction began. The last 50 per cent is paid when the keys are handed over. IVA at 10 per cent is added to each payment, and the developer states that all payments go to a separate account protected by guarantees.
