The Mijas average of €3,684 a square metre, from idealista’s 2026 asking prices, is taken across a large municipality that runs from the old village down to the coast. These are finished homes of 130 square metres each, with two parking spaces, a storeroom and a terrace with its own hot tub, so the comparison is a loose one. What is being built
16+ Collection takes its name from the width of its homes: each one has more than 16 metres of frontage. It is a small scheme in Buenavista, finished and ready to move into. Every home has three bedrooms and around 130 square metres of rooms under ceilings three metres high. The garden villas on the ground floor have a lawn and a pool of their own. The sky villas above have a terrace with a hot tub, and the larger of them add a roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The homes are complete, so the price is paid in two parts: a reservation and private contract, then the balance at the notary, when the deed is signed and the keys are handed over. There is no build to wait on and no stage payment to protect.
