Málaga’s 2026 asking prices average €3,937 a square metre across the city, so this is more than two and a half times that figure. The built area leaves out the terrace of 216 square metres and the roof solarium with its private pool. Four parking spaces and a storeroom also come with the price. What is being built
Each penthouse takes up the top floor of its tower and a roof level above it. The living room rises through both levels beside an open timber staircase, and the kitchen is built around a central island. Glass walls slide back onto a covered terrace of more than 200 square metres with views of the sea. On the roof are a solarium and a private infinity pool. Every penthouse has four bedrooms, and comes with at least three parking spaces and a storeroom.

Buying this as a new build
The towers are complete, so a penthouse can be bought now as a new home. The developer asks for 10 per cent on reservation and the other 90 per cent at the deed, with IVA at 10 per cent on top. The furniture in the photographs is not part of the price.
