Buying this as a new build

The building licence is granted. Work was due to start in the third quarter of 2026 and handover is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2028. Half the price is paid at contract, 10 per cent a year later and 40 per cent at the deed, each plus IVA.

With half the price paid before work is far along, that means checking the bank guarantee first, following the build for you, and inspecting the finished flat before the deed.
