Marbella’s 2026 average on idealista is €5,956 a square metre, a figure that takes in Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro as well as the Golden Mile. What is being built

Albatros XV is a completed development of 109 apartments set around landscaped gardens on Calle Quevedo, the newest of the Residencial Albatros buildings. What comes with every home.

Air conditioning and hot water

A heat pump system heats and cools every room through ducts, with the indoor unit hidden in the bathroom ceiling and the outdoor unit on the roof. Hot water comes from an aerothermal unit, which takes its heat from the outside air.

Fitted kitchen units, with large-format tiles on the walls.

Floors and ceilings

Floating laminate floors throughout, with stoneware tiles in the bathrooms and smooth plaster ceilings.

Bathrooms

White porcelain fittings, single-lever chrome taps, a vanity unit with a synthetic top, and a resin shower tray or an enamelled steel bath. The walls are tiled in large formats.

Buying this as a new build

The building is finished, so a home here is handed over within weeks rather than years. The developer asks for 10% of the price plus VAT when you commit, and the rest at the notary no more than 30 days later. A parking space costs €30,000 and a storeroom from €15,000, both plus VAT.

With a finished building the work is practical: viewing the homes with you, checking the paperwork on the building and its community before you commit, and going through the home itself before the deed is signed.
