White lacquered wood fronts under porcelain worktops, with a full set of built-in Siemens appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The sink and tap are by Teka.

Walls clad in the same cream marble, polished and laid in squares. Roca toilets with a low cistern, Grohe basins and baths, and Grohe taps on the basins, baths and bidets.

PVC window frames with Climalit double glazing, and white lacquered doors inside with black handles and fittings.

Air conditioning equipment by Johnson Controls. LED lights in the ceilings, Faro wall lights indoors and on the terraces, and Bticino switches and sockets.

Roofs of curved clay tiles in the Andalusian style over white walls. The pools are lined in Reviglass, a glass mosaic, and the gym is finished in Mortex, a smooth coating that looks like polished plaster.
