What is being built
The house opens into a double-height entrance hall. The kitchen, dining area and living room form one open space, with wide sliding doors onto a covered terrace that faces south over the pool. One bedroom, with its own bathroom, is on the same floor, beside a guest toilet. The master suite fills the floor above, with a dressing area, a bathroom and a terrace of 43 square metres. The garden level below has three more bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a gym, a laundry room and a sitting room with a second kitchen and a bar, with daylight from a patio.
