The lowest-priced home, a three-bedroom house, works out at €4,211 per built square metre. Two other houses carry the same price on more floor space and come to about €3,300 and €3,400 a metre, below the €3,684 that idealista’s 2026 asking prices give for Mijas as a whole. What is being built

Olimpo is a group of 19 white houses on the hillside below Mijas Pueblo, each with its own garden and pool. On the houses now for sale, the living room, the kitchen and a garage are on the entrance level, and most of the bedrooms are on the floor below, which opens onto a porch, the garden and the pool. These houses have three or four bedrooms and measure between about 178 and 229 square metres built. The developer’s specification offers a choice of floor and wall tiles and of bathroom furniture, with a herringbone wood-effect floor as an alternative to tiles.

Buying this as a new build

The houses are shown by appointment. Reserving one takes €6,000. A month later, 30 per cent of the price is paid with the IVA due on it, less the reservation, and the remaining 70 per cent is paid at the notary when the sale is signed.
