Buying this villa

Sold for the first time by its builder, a new villa is taxed at 10% VAT (IVA) plus 1.2% stamp duty (AJD). The two extra bedrooms on the lower floor are an option, so their cost and timing would be agreed as part of the purchase.

On a new build, my part is having your lawyer confirm the paperwork that allows the villa to be lived in and the ten-year cover on its structure, getting the price of the optional bedrooms in writing, and the negotiation.

Get in touch and I will talk you through it. Buying with me sets out how I work.
